What is Premium?
Premium (Mock Interview) is a one-time study toolkit: a voice mock interview for the civics, reading, writing and listening parts; a printable study book; and a 14-day study plan. Everything already on the site stays free.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes. Use a current version of Safari or Chrome. On iPhone, speech recognition needs Dictation turned on in Settings. If the microphone does not work you can still type your answers. Speech is recognized by your browser or phone, which may use Google's or Apple's speech service. We do not record or store your answers.
Is this legal advice?
No. CongDan.us is a private education company, not a law firm, and it does not give legal advice. We never choose or review the answers on your N-400. The listening practice only reads questions aloud so you get used to hearing them. For help with your case, ask an immigration attorney or a DOJ-accredited organization.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. We refund within 14 days, no questions asked. Email aloha@pacificpulseai.com with the address you used to buy.
How does Family / Gift work?
After you pay you get a link to share. Each person opens the link on their own device to activate. The plan is for up to 4 people in one household, or you can buy it as a gift. Access is stored on each device. If you switch devices, use Restore access with the email you bought with, or open the link again.
